The self-propelling and traveling under working mode of CDW-32II are in both directions available. This machine is able to tamp 2 adjacent sleepers simultaneously. Besides, it realizes lining, lifting, levelling and tamping of plain line and switch synchronously, so that the deflecting track and switch are rectified. With CDW-32II the stabilization of line and turnouts is executed immediately after tamping, which simplifies the machine set formation and enhances the safety. This machine is provided with a HRL combined levelling-lining laser and can actualize automatic levelling and lining. Measuring devices and distance measuring wheel measure the track geometric parameters. These geometric parameters of temped track and turnouts are collected and recorded.
CDW-32II is developed for tamping and stabilizing for high-speed track and turnouts and adjoining areas and suitable for the construction, maintenance and overhaul of railway. This machine guarantees stability and smoothness of turnouts and their adjacent areas.
