TX-65 track sewage suction machine, a kind of track cleaning train independently developed by KCRC, acquires fully independent intellectual property rights in key technologies. It is mainly used to clean the railway ballast bed, especially ballast less track bed on the passenger dedicated line, and vacuum the dust, dirt particles, sand particles, micro pebbles and grinding powder and other sewage on the surface of the trunk line, bridge and tunnel ballast bed, to prevent damaging the precision sensors outside the train due to raising of the said sewage during a high-speed running of the train, thereby guaranteeing the train safety during its high-speed traveling. It attacks many key technical problems such as blowing consistency and air volume suction, the swinging control of blowing and suction devices, the high-degree integration of working system and structural optimization of the complete machine. The test shows that its utilization efficiency of wind blowing and suction energy reaches over 2 times above similar products abroad.
