CQS-550 full section ballast turnout cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning work both in the turnout area and in the ballast bed of the main track. The machine can completely finish cleaning of a group of No.12 single-way turnouts (left or right) in 90 minutes. Due to the retractable mudsill and excavation chain storage mechanism, the mudsill and the excavation chain is not required to be removed when cleaning the turnout, thus greatly reducing the auxiliary working time, relieving the labor intensity and improving the working efficiency.
The CQS-550 full section ballast turnout cleaning machine has three ways to backfill the ballast after cleaning: through the left-side backfilling conveyor, the right-side backfilling conveyor and the middle backfilling hopper. The ballast amount backfilled through each way can be regulated by the ballast assigning mechanism to make uniform backfilling. The machine is equipped with working mechanism for complete cleaning of ballast and new ballast adding mechanism. After complete cleaning of ballast in the turnout area, the new ballast will be backfilled by the jointly marshaled material conveyor truck and the ballast adding mechanism of the machine in time. The screened mud will be thrown by a main mud conveyor or a rotary conveyor to one side of the railway or into a material logistics. The rotary can rotate towards left or right.
The CQS-550 full section ballast switch cleaning machine is equipped with a 8-line video monitoring system and the cabs at both sides are equipped with a colored display indicating the conditions of the front and rear lines in section operation and the operation condition of the main working mechanism in cleaning, making it convenient for observation and at the same time ensuring the safety of operator and device.
